1. Acceptance of terms

By using The Platinum Travel, S.A. de C.V. services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services offered

The Platinum Travel provides personalized luxury travel curation, planning, and management services, including but not limited to itinerary design, accommodation bookings, transportation, experiences, and concierge support during travel.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on availability at the time of inquiry. Final pricing is confirmed once bookings are completed. Prices may vary due to:

• Exchange-rate fluctuations.
• Supplier availability.
• Destination seasonality and demand.
• Applicable taxes and charges.

4. Booking process

Once a quote is approved, a deposit is required to confirm bookings. The deposit amount and payment conditions are specified in each individual quote. Remaining balances must be paid within the stated deadlines.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellation policies vary by destination, supplier, and season. In general:

• Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: 90% deposit refund.
• Cancellations between 30 and 60 days: 50% deposit refund.
• Cancellations under 30 days: subject to supplier policies.
• No-show: no refund applicable.

Specific terms are always shared before any booking confirmation.

6. Liability

The Platinum Travel acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or cancellations by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other suppliers. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Travel insurance

We offer premium travel insurance options as part of our services. Insurance purchase is the traveler's responsibility. The Platinum Travel can advise on the best option based on destination and travel type.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, designs, logos, images, and software, is owned by The Platinum Travel and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Mexico City.
